Perhaps some Market Research on Gas in Households may be of benefit for more clarity.
I think these would require Gas Lines not Tanks.They would obviously also need GAS Hot Water Systems?[maybe not?]

Anyway I think that Mains Pipe Gas would be required.Up in Qld I don't think there's that many Gas Line Connections and I think it's similar in NSW.Victoria is perhaps more so connected because of Bass Strait Discoveries?but I'm pretty sure the SE Qld Roma pipeline got Closed Down recently.

So a state by state break down of Gas Line Connections would give a Market.
However one should also do a demographic study of the Most Gas Connected Suburbs ie do they run gas lines into the newer/past 20 year established suburbs?I'm imagining that it is the Under 40 year olds who may shell out $8grand$$ for a Generator w/- Hot Water "Free" Gizmo.

Anyhow,that's some things I'd look into to BackGround this Announcement.
As for any charting I'd forget any patterns based on Pre April 21 Listing at 5 cents of the 700 mil extra shares.
I'd also use 5 cents for basing Fibbio Percents too but don't have time at mo to go into such further but DO NOT DOUBLE DOWN any of you 20c+ Buyers.
