The short answer SSkim is the large furnaces aren't producing fuel cell stacks of a suitable standard. Without the large ovens the hope of manufacturing in volume is compromised too.
Not to worry though, management doesn't consider it a major problem suggesting it's fixable or production in volume isn't a challenge to be overcome.
