Do you think that is really their responsibility? They are only looking out for the interests of their subscribers after all and I struggle to see how this is different to any other investment newsletter?
If someone is a long term shareholder I don't see how it would penalise them either, as well, they are in it for the long term?
You could also say the opposite is true too, that this would only balance out any benefit to the share price originally stimulated by being included in ASCI in the first place - when I am sure no LT holder would complain.
