    How is today's announcement a "commercial agreement" ... shouldn't a commercial agreement have something to do with commercial arrangements (i.e. commitment to putchase / sell / partnering etc.)?!

    Hopefully and presumably there is a commercial agreement aspect to it, but from what was released today we have no details whatsoever in that regard (unless I missed something).

    Looking forward to actual details ...
