casper. I enquired the meaning/reason for 'XT" trades today whilst talking to an E-shares 'consultant'[female!
Her xplanation was given in 'polititions' lingo,but came across to me thus:-
ASX regulations require that we place the Xt against all trades which are performed on behalf of our clients who agree to sell-to and buy from each other 'off-market',at an agreed price.We refer to it as a 'cross-transfer'and have to show transparency!! Interesting to really "get to the bottom" of these 'trades',,,but how???
