Good call. Rights have 13 million on sell side. Say this indicates significant amount of early interest by those rejecting the rights they were issued. Likely massive amount of over subscription and an indication poor uptake. Not a good sign for the company hoping on a successful CR. Gotta hold what's left. Feel
