M8, I can only suggest that you go to past announcements for the company and see if shares have been issued to convert options at about that time.

For example there is an announcement for the 15th Dec 2014 saying that 68,967 shares were created to convert listed options.

I would definitely contact the company by email and ask them what is happening.

If they have not been converted, and the options have now expired, there could be some difficulty.

The other thing would be to see if the cheque has been presented to your bank, if you paid that way, or you must have some other record of the transaction.
