Sorry to have posted again but some people need a lot of explanation to get the gist of a point across.
I just felt I needed to clarify something as you do not seem to understand the type of company in which you have invested.

The whole company staff are in research as it is a research company. That makes every member of the team from the management to the scientists in the research business.
Even us as shareholders are in research.
