The purpose of performance options is to reward PERFORMANCE. The SP has fallen 70% since CG took over. from Moses. Now she wants to be rewarded for any increase from 6.1 cents and 5 years to do it. Bit rich IMO. The exercise price should at least be back to the SP when she started. If the DMD results next year are good, the SP will be a multiple of that, so CG will be well rewarded, and we will all be very happy.
