Re compliance .. you would be aware the asx/asic/shareholders have scrutinised and appoved the deal.
It seems that the directors your targeting may not have participated .. so what it was their OPTION? The CR was Over Subscribed? We invest at our own risk we cant blame others for poor decisions as much as we would like to some times.
