Evening All,

1. Would anybody be able to tell me why CGB/QBL are not listed as a Joint Holder of Exploration Lease EL 7301 (Nullamana NSW). The QBL annual Financial Report For Year Ended 30 June 2016 shows QBL/ CGB to have an 81% interest in this project, whereas Current NSW Government Records show "Volcan Australia Corporation Pty Ltd" as the holder of the Bauxite Exploration Lease (See Below).

2. Mining Lease ML 1492 Was transferred from QBL to Volcan Australia Corporation Pty Ltd (On 14th December 2010, See Below) for a cash consideration of $1,200,000 and payment required within 24 months. Current NSW Government Records show ML 1492 to be held under the name of "Australian Gemstone Resources Pty Ltd". and not Volcan Australia Corporation Pty Ltd. Why is this?

3. A Mortgage was registered on ML 1492 on the 27 April 2012 Between First State Pty Limited, Australian Gemstone Resources Pty Ltd and New England Sapphire Corporation Pty Ltd (Endorsement Schedule, See Below). How does this Benefit Shareholders of Queensland Bauxite Pty Ltd (QBL) Cann Global (CGB)?
