"as a representative of CGB shareholders"
How can you be representing shareholders while being paid by CGB?
Did shareholders elect you to represent them? Was there a vote I missed? Will there be a vote in the future or an opportunity for SH to nominate or elect a different 'representative' if they so choose?
Do your views represent those of the majority of shareholders or simply those of the CGB management team?
Would you be willing to disclose how much you are being paid by CGB under contract to represent CGB shareholders? Maybe they might wish to save that money in to the future and represent themselves?
