If strategic investors are truly interested why did they take a 20% discount to the vwap? Or is it possible these investors just wanted cheap shares?
it's hard to understand why a company with a decent cash pile, is accepting dilution at 20% below vwap without any connection. Might be worth googling who runs this investment company etc. just a thought
