Actually that is somewhat incorrect Dan. Lawyers are not entitled to mislead the court irrespective of the merits of their case. It might surprise some but a lawyer's first duty is to the court. It is, in fact, a higher duty than that which is owed to their client. If, the client wants a lawyer to lie or mislead the court, that's a very big no no!

Agree and yes I will. And do you know what? Now that I am a holder I have more of an interest and responsibility to ensure that our company is being well run and working in the interests of us holders (sure did feel strange typing those two words)
