Yup, a new magic number at mid-price. From what I remember, inter-broker transfers (crosstrades) can be any amount.
Also, I think the minimum for a regular investor is $600 but that's just for the initial purchase of a stock not already owned.
Once that initial purchase is made, one can add more shares for a lesser cost.
