And my question marking of your statement was because there doesn't seem to be any evidence that CGB Directors have been buying CGB shares.

Let's be clear - you're suggesting that CGB Directors have been buying CGB shares on market - yes? That would be good for holders if they did. However, you would normally need some evidence like an Appendix 3Y to support your statement.
