There will be a lot of disappointed holders rights now. Given that the CR was oversubscribed, and we're now trading at approximately 15% less than those that entered the capital raise paid at (not sure how much weight can be placed on the options granted at the moment). However, having said that, as above noted by others it was pretty obvious (given the delay) that this would dump to some extent on open.
