I'd like to see how you get a specific breakdown of your numbers please. $1.6million base product COGS to produce 1million revenue you've stated in your previous post? Where's that from - please post some screen-grabs of your references..
"Production" doesn't simply mean "base product costs" in this instance either. It means the whole production 'group' entities costs as noted.. which would include rent, electricity, marketing, machinery upkeep etc, not just COGS. And this is a cash flow - not an accrual report.. did you miss this fact?
Your commentary appears highly misleading based on available information - if you can prove your figures stack up, i'll willingly concede.
