    I would be happier with a stable dividend and less debt

    Considering we do not own the farm lands... we realistically have minimal reasons to maintain a high debt profile. (IMO)

    Agree that SP has been moving in the correct direction based on the forecast crop yields and the amount of bad news that was borne by investors over the last year.
