Btw, Ingham actually has a big PE player at back--TPG. I suspect that they are doing something on the accounting book to make the earnings up. (e.g. financing lease v.s. operating lease ,etc. ) I reckon TPG will make the earning up before they quit. However, it is very dangerous for small investors when a big lion wants to eat some meat seriously.
