CGF is a good bargain to buy NOW (for value investors)

I strongly believed CGF is a GREAT bargain to buy.Here are my reasons and rationale:

1. Challengeris the Australian market leader of annuities. If someone takes out an annuityin Australia it’s likely to be a Challenger one, or at least a white labelChallenger product

2. A solid business model, business, profit making andbalance sheet (refer to FY 20 Financial Results 2020.8.21)

3. Successfully completed the $270 million fullyunderwritten institutional placement (Placement) atA$ 4.89 per share (in today’s share price, there is a nearly 25% discount fromthe A$ 4.89 – a premium of 25% for value investors to get)

4. Share Price is 64.45% lower than the 52-WeekHighest price – a big ASX Underdog!

5. Market Cap: A$ 2.5B (Ranking: 134) – this share is attractiveto other Australian or International Financial Group to take over if shareprice fell below A$ 3

6. Will CGF survive in next 5 years or 10 years? Theanswer is YES.

7. Will CGF share price increase 20-30% in the next 12months? The answer is POSITIVE

8. Will CGF be able to provide dividends again in thenext 12 months? The answer is POSITIVE
