Because the share price might not fall to $4 or even better yet $3.50.
So I will buy again at mid $4's. If it drops to $4 I will buy again, and if the share price drops to $3.50 I will buy twice my exposure at $3.50.
I have absolutely no idea where the share will go in the short term.
