Forthcoming release of securities from escrow
2 December 2009
Citadel Resource Group Limited announces, in accordance with ASX listing rule 3.10A, the release from escrow on 17 December 2009 of the following securities:
(a) 398,341,300 ordinary shares fully paid;
(b) 6,054,989 ordinary shares partly paid to 18.75 cents, 1.25 cents unpaid;
(c) 41,500,000 options exercisable at 20 cents expiring 2010; and
(d) 200,000 ordinary shares partly paid to 17.5 cents, 2.5 cents to pay.
The holders of the securities are as disclosed in the Shareholder Information section of the Company’s 2009 Annual Report lodged with ASX on 26 October 2009.
