reckon geophys is the way to go on the Cobalt prospect.
If the 4-5m unit runs parallel N-S to the topographic break (i.e. slope) and dips 30 to the west there will be no outcrop and that would explain why there was no soil anomoly.
Feeder units should definately have some sort of expression in a Resistivity survey, IP maybe not unless there are some disseminated conductors in the unit (or feeder veins)
