Maybe they know DNI doesn't have cash to spare on the arbitration.
Maybe a long and expensive case for DNI.
I think if you look into things a bit more closely, that arbitration hasn't started yet.
Also states that only some of the legal team will accept a portion of their payment in DNI shares.
Also have you thought what DNI shares may be worth if they lose the case!
Another point- they still have not obtained the E.P. - I wonder what will happen if they front up for arbitration still not having achieved the E.P. Don't be too sure they will be successful - this could go either way.
Lots of water to go under the bridge yet!
