So many "company" games are able to be played to fool the taxation, buyers, sellers and customers
Buying the whole of KAH company to get their valuable EXT shares include all the losses and various other etc's in the other lesser valuable items owned by KAH
If that is indeed the case then it places a lower devalued EXT SP onto the Extract company itself
With a wink and a nudge between both parties
It gets a hidden higher price to KAH directors for their EXT shares
And China gets to buy the Extract company at that artificially cheaper price from the other Extract holders
The manipulating shorting of Extract is another story
