OK the other thing that really really sux here, is this price is based on trading and yet, it is not only clear, they have been shorting Kah, but I dont know if anyone else saw today that the big undisclosed seller who held the price down, conveniently pulled his sell order after we went into trading halt this afternoon.
The undisclosed seller came in before kah had announced that they were once again in talks with the chinese.
This needs to be discussed with both management and ASIC. THEFT AT ITS BEST
