    I personally think the taxation aspect is more akind to rearranging deckchairs on the Titantic. Pardon the pun but it's just the tip of the iceberg.

    I have to disagree on NG, it's a subsidy to invest in loss making investments & should go completely.
    CGT 50% discount should be extended to a much longer period such as 10 years for property. Or phase it so it ramps up to 50% over a 10 year period.

    I agree Australia doesn't have the suitable land space to continue with the current population growth without completely destroying the environment.
    I can't stand what's happened to the centre of Melbourne let alone what's happening in the outer suburbs.
