I have answered this in the other thread .

answer is no .

100,000 units will be eligible for the 12 month CGT

while 10,000 you just bought won't be eligible

as each parcel you buy is recorded the date .

ATO have access if you do get audited . a s353-10 will be issued to comply with sharing of personal information !!!
