CGT Implication of Merger

Hi Everyone,

I will probably get tax advice from an accountant but that are tax implication of this merger?

Does anyone have an opinion on the following

1. Once the merger is complete are there any immediate tax implications (CGT) for GXY shareholders?
2. What about the CGT discount, if you have help GXY shares for longer than a year do you still get to enjoy the 50% discount once you sell the share in the merged entity?
