    I use different brokers.
    One I trade with and Im a share trader with ATO.

    I then have another account which is buy and hold for long term... so can claim cgt discount...
    However since 2009 I havent put any shares in the long germ account... but planning to restart again as funds allow.


    I didnt have any problems with ATO
