Why does CGV have a similar market cap as LBY?

- CGV has more cash in the bank then LBY
- LBY has more Land then CGV
- CGV has it's ownUCG technology.
LBY relies on CGV, CNX, CXY and LNC to provide the technology through JV's.

So whats more important land or technology.
Mind you CGV has land, with the UCG technology not much land is needed.
Also most of LBY tenements is in the overcrowded state Qld.
CGV has land holding in QLD, Vic and China.

Now technology is the key. Most of the UCG players with their own technology have thier own land holdings.

If you were to develop a UCG project, would you want to set up a UCG facility on someelse land, or would you utilise your own?

Why CGV valued around the same price as LBY, I cant understand.
