my thoughts are that Mits have agreed to the financial side of the deal however are either wanting ownership of the mining lease or a significant equity slice for nothing, something that is clearly untenable. Otherwise Mits would have formally notified of pulling out.

my other thought is that there are not some major mining houses and tooling companies that are wanting some of the action, whihc is not being used as a lever back on to Mits.

Either way i hope over the next 2 months we will see a game changer that will set the business for the next 20 years.
