FiI have a vague suspicion that CNQ want to be taken out rather than build up the business, hence are waiting for a much bigger player to come along and offer the right price. The problem with that is we as shareholders will not see real value in terms of share price.

first of all sorry for CH at title I forgot to fill it all in and hit the post button
If CNQ is taken out at least we will have an idea of the SP at a time in space. Right now the SP is all adrift and going nowhere.
