I agree 100%, I have seen/lived it all before in more than one county
Currently in Oz. sell RE ASAP, put the money in the bank, then buy back in a few years time i.e play the cycle. Life is all about being in the right place (read position) at the right time - versus - being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
60 years ago, they taught me to ride a bicycle, they should have taught me knowledge of cycles.
