    You don’t have to play hardball MM ...

    Just have to accept or reject the offers with the board ... but everything needs documenting & information related to the market of the ACTUAL FACTS....

    Market will decide what it’s worth ...

    but take your glasses off & look people in the eye whilst in discussions .. something should have definitely been forthcoming by now .. which means you’re playing your cards wrong !
