I understand we should have a chairman by the close of this month. Due to neither party (FAR or COP) agreeing on who this person should be, it will be the ICC who appoints this person.
Once this happens it all becomes very real & the range trading, talk of what will the closing price be, come issue, raising SNE capex money, being a pom pom, bagging posters will ALL be forgotten.
The reality of FAR going to court V COP & WPL ending up with zero becomes the probability of reality.
