But if FAR are aware of this position their recent update on 12 month from filling is unlikely to be supported under any reasonable position and could/would be considered unrealistic and misleading.
It could be argued this is all part of playing your cards close to your chest or at the other end of the spectrum leading SH down the garden path.
Time will tell but FAR has been asked on this matter and continue to state a 12 month from filling line, if this is based on guidance from the third party/internal legal team could be rather worrying on the competency level.
At the end of the day let the other parties worry about generating the value for SNE and FAR concentrate on A2/drilling samo.
