I googled icc arbitration timeline and the one at top of page got me a pretty layman's explanation of procedure. It will say icc procedure. If i can make sense of it anyone can.
It also had a calculator for costs.
If we claim $430M with 3 arbiters the cost we pay in advance for costs is $1,126,867.
If ay money left we get back lol. Goof luck with that. 2 months to set TOR (Max)
Timetable will be set at same time. If no timeline set for procedings (unlikely in my opinion) it defaults to 6 months.
