Next update from COP on arbitration status will be in May. FAR have said they will update when they have detail on arbitration timetable. If the tribunal is constituted at the end of the month then all the tribunal need to do is quickly agree on terms of reference (given how quickly they agreed on tribunal chair that should not take too long) and then quickly agree on a calendar for proceedings.
