Hi Zip, in my opinion there just isn't any hard evidence that WPL is a victim of circumstances or a complicit party during the sale process with COP. Not sure we'll ever find out unless something in mentioned in the arbitration decision. Having said that, WPL is big enough to know whether process has been followed correctly and I'm sure their lawyers have looked over documents - so they shouldn't be too surprised with whatever decision is handed down.
