He now owns 25.341M shares
50% of company is 25.678M...ie 330,000 shares or $130k investment gives him total control. Certainly he seems on a mission to get there fast.
Can anyone tell me the ASIC rules on him when he gets to that position...any obligations to offer for remainder, or other actions required by him?
Does this leave other shareholders out in the cold in terms of anyinfluence??
