It is the intention of the Board to pay
unfranked dividends in respect of the Company’s full financial year results. The Company has adopted a dividend policy whereby it intends to distribute a
minimum of 10% of NPAT to shareholders by way of dividends. The Eagle Group has also established a dividend policy whereby each Eagle Group company (other than the Company) will do all things reasonably necessary to pay dividends to its parent entity to enable the Company to pay these proposed dividends to Shareholders. The Company intends to commence payment of dividends to the Company’s shareholders following the results of the 2016 financial year (where payment would then occur in 2017).
It is anticipated that the record date for the 2016 full financial year dividend will occur after the Company’s admission to the Official List.
