why isn't Management BUYING shares as a BUY BACK ????
why instead let CITI Nominies Buy Up 26% so far of the/our Coy ??????
where is our Management ???
and when /what will their $30m cash held in bank be spent on instead ????
until more clarity on Managements Strategy re cash in bank and a Share buy back
punters will be Confused by the Low p/e and Price.... creating Caution .
