The more concerning thing is how a member of management team in ANY company can treat the company they work for like this. They should have been thrown out 10 years ago. The company would have been flourishing right now with who know how high the share price could have reached!
Shareholders should take legal action and take them to court for the repayment of those monies owed with interest set at the current rate management has set on loaned amounts of 10 to 15% (previous rate he charged the company)
