It makes you wonder if the sweetener might be that Dato' Sia Hok Kiang owns the patent to a number of REE processing / extraction processes, and that might be something Lynas is interested in - tapping into that knowledge / expertise?
In regards to the perennial doubters, yes, we haven't proved up IAC as yet, but it's been proven elsewhere in Minas Gerais:
