Looked well supported at 0.017, but every now and then you seem...

Looked well supported at 0.017, but every now and then you seem to see 'capitulation' with a sizable line of stock selling at 0.017 all at the same time, like a long term holder perhaps getting fed up?  Cant see what they can announce that will really lift this stock in the SR, the split did little to the SP and the x15 strength improvement in formula announcement little effect...and with so many shares will there be a consolidation?  Traders appear to have left several months back...can anyone see any positives going forward??  Also with at least 4 other PDT cancer research companies where is the moat/niche??
