I'd take that sentence further by saying 'The share price will rise and fall based on mgmts focus & ability to 1. get financing 2. that gets them into production 3.to then grow production.
Fundamentals not shorting - long term absolutely 100% correct, short term - that's naïve based on Jul-23 (12-Jul-23) but I'm in your long term camp
