chairman, ex md, boylan et al

So far these guys have seen the SP go from 30 to 1 cents. Dilute the hell out of everybody on the way and have no plan going forward except do nothing and continue to pay themselves.
The are 3 factions now that will never agree on anything. But I remember Boylan and his boy wonder assure the shareholders about a big future. Yet years later they have invested nothing in the ground. Paid themsevles very well for doing nothing and witness such a destruction of shareholder value.
Surely the Chairman should step down and pass the reigns to the Chinese at least they will spend the money trying to do something.
The shareholders lose everything yet they manage to pay themselves for the excellent performance.
