    yes agree the new chairman is supposed to be quite influencial. Also heard that this is part of a staged approach to growth.

    I am not sure why my post was moderated previously, as I was only asking for opinions.But either way this is good for the company.

    any how, wont it be great if the size of teh resource just grows expontially?
